“The Return to Sport: Acceleration and Agility course outlines clear, performance‑driven principles for developing movement patterns and athletic skills. Trevor Rappa covers biomechanics, joint positions for force attenuation and generation, and systematically progresses acceleration, change of direction, and agility through a return‑to‑sport continuum. The inclusion of real‑world programming examples makes the concepts easy to implement and highly effective for improving how athletes move in sport.”
